01 · About

We built the company that should have already existed.

Most people meet the financial system before anyone explains it to them, and learn by getting it wrong first. We built this to change that.

02 · The company

Three entities, one purpose, no ambiguity.

The Zillennial Advisors Inc. is the parent company. The Zillennial Advisors LLC is the SEC-registered investment adviser and operates Parity. Wealth Academy LLC operates the Wealth Academy education platform. We keep the structure visible because the institutions we work with have to explain it internally.

05 · Values

How we make decisions.

Inclusivity by default.

Every decision expands access rather than narrowing it.

Evidence over ego.

We test assumptions instead of trusting instinct.

Radical transparency.

We share the state of things without being asked, including when it's bad.

Craft your contribution.

Roles are built around where people do their best work.

Whole humans welcome.

Money is personal. Pretending otherwise makes us worse at this.

We hire slowly and rarely. Tell us anyway.

If you'd do your best work here, start a conversation and we'll keep it on file.
