01 · Student Programs

Two ways a campus starts working with us.

A no-cost partnership with a student organization, and a student leadership role that keeps the programming running. Most campuses begin with one and add the other.

This is the student-led route. A club or a growth associate can bring ZA to a campus without an institutional agreement — if your university wants a formal partnership, that runs separately.

02 · How a campus starts

The club is the door. The growth associate is the engine.

Both programs run on ZA-supplied materials. Neither asks a club for budget.

Club Partnership Program

A lightweight, no-cost partnership with a student organization. The club opens access to its members. It doesn't run the programming.

The engine

Campus Growth Associate Program

A named student leadership role. The growth associate is the ongoing in-person presence that keeps a campus active after the door opens.

03 · Club Partnership Program

A partnership your board can approve in one meeting.

Terms are illustrative in this mockup and subject to review.

The agreement

A simple memorandum of understanding. No payment in either direction, just a framework to collaborate.

No cost to the club

The model

Your club opens access for its members. The Zillennial Advisors and its campus growth associates handle the ongoing programming.

We run it, not you

Your lift

The ask on your board is a send and an introduction, not a program to run.

Minimal by design
Why clubs

Four moments when money gets unavoidable.

A club can put something useful in front of its members without spending a dollar of its budget.

i.

Orientation.

New campus, new accounts, first real budget.
ii.

Recruiting.

Internships, offers, and money questions on a deadline.
iii.

First offer.

Salary, benefits, and retirement elections, all at once.
iv.

Graduation.

Loans come due and real paychecks begin.
How it grows

Three phases, starting small.

A partnership does not have to begin at full scope.

Phase 1

One workshop with your members, run with our materials and our support.

Phase 2

A recurring series across the semester, timed to the moments your members feel.

Phase 3

A standing campus partnership, with a growth associate on the ground.

04 · Campus Growth Associate Program

Lead financial wellness on your campus.

Students face large financial decisions with almost no preparation. They don't want a lecture from a company. They want a fellow student showing them something that actually helps.

A named student leadership role, run with ZA-supplied materials.

What growth associates do

i.

Table.

Orientation and campus fairs. The face at the booth.
ii.

Host workshops.

Run and support sessions with partner clubs on our live workshop system with QR join and in-session Q&A, using materials we supply.
iii.

Run the community.

The campus channel: event announcements, seasonal tips, interest threads.
iv.

Connect.

Link clubs and the ZA team, and drive word of mouth.

Your year

A rhythm, with a few big weeks.

Through the semester

A steady tabling rhythm, workshops with partner clubs, and community posts.

Seasonal peaks

Recruiting and offer season. Tax season. Match, OCI, and first-contract windows.

The big one

Orientation. The single highest-impact stretch: a kickoff workshop plus tabling at every relevant fair.

What you get

Support that makes the role doable.

What comes with the role

1

Training

Onboarding from the ZA team. You're never improvising.

2

Materials

Decks, flyers, demo videos, and FAQs, all pre-built.

3

A real role

A named leadership role and direct experience with a growing company.

4

The network

A community of growth associates across campuses.

What it takes

The honest version of the commitment.

A few hours a week

More energy at peak moments like orientation and semester kickoffs.

Reliability

Events happen when you say they will.

Pride in doing it right

This role runs on trust.

The line we don't cross

Trust is the whole model. We protect it.

i.

Be transparent.

Always identify your affiliation with The Zillennial Advisors. No hidden promotion, ever.
ii.

Stay on script.

Use ZA-provided materials as they are. The required disclosures are already built into them.
iii.

Know the line.

Questions about someone's personal financial situation always go to the ZA team. Growth associates never answer those and never give investment advice.

Campus growth associates promote financial education and product awareness. They are not investment advisers, they do not make recommendations, and they are never compensated per signup.

Campus growth associates are supported by ZA for their work. They are not investment advisers, do not give investment advice, and where a representative’s endorsement is compensated, that fact is disclosed.
